Doris Arlene Eyster, 90, of Noblesville and formerly of Goshen, died Monday morning, July 26, 2010, at Swiss Village, Berne, Indiana, where she had been a resident one month. She was born in Goshen on October 4, 1919, to Ralph and Dora (Bates) Michael.  She married Lamoyne Z. Eyster on June 30, 1946.  He died January 13, 1999. A homemaker, Mrs. Eyster worked as a secretary for Paul’s Mobile Homes.  She was a member of the Sugar Grove Church and a graduate of both Goshen High School and Fort Wayne Business College. She is survived by a daughter, Nancy (Rick) Sprunger of Berne; three sons, Ronald (Susan) Eyster of El Paso, Texas, Michael (Barb) Eyster of Durham, North Carolina, and Richard (Jan) Eyster of Noblesville; and 11 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a sister, Martha Hoover and a brother, Ralph Michael. Friends may call 11:30 to 1:30 p.m., Friday, July 30, 2010 at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home where a 1:30 p.m., funeral service will be conducted.  Rev. Ed Arnold of the Pine Ridge Bible Church will officiate. Burial will follow in West Goshen Cemetery, Goshen. Memorial contributions may be given to New Tribes Mission; Doctors Without Borders or Salvation Army.
