Donna K. Tazelaar

Donna K. Tazelaar, 74, of Goshen, died Friday, October 1, 2021 at Courtyard Healthcare Center.

She was born May 2, 1947 in Auburn.

On May 21, 2001 she married Ed Tazelaar.

He survives along with her mother, Waldora (Little) McKee of Kendallville; four children, Michelle (Robert) Myers of Fort Wayne, Wesley (Esther) Axson of Goshen, Wendy (Patrick) Ambrosch of St. Cloud, Minnesota and Shauna (Shawn) Payne, of Swanville, Minnesota; 11 grandchildren, Danielle, Brandon and Joseph Christiansen, Kirsten Rude, Dakota, Jacob, Ethan and Emily Ashbrook, Kailey Ackermann, Josh and Kaleb Myers; and five great-grandchildren.

Donna is also survived by two sisters, Pat Lanning of Garrett and Dorene (Tom) Scott of Front Royale, Virginia; and a brother, Ronald (Gina) McKee of Arcadia, Florida.

She was preceded in death by her father, Donald R. McKee, and two granddaughters, Ashley Christiansen and Aleshia Myers.

Donna was a hard-working woman in the retail management field for over 30 years. She has been enjoying her retirement for over 14 years as a daughter, wife, mother, grandma, great grandmother, and loving on her beloved dog Cocoa.

Private family services have taken place. Burial will take place at Prairie Grove Cemetery in Fort Wayne at a later date.
