Donna Mae Frasier, 84, of White Pigeon, Michigan, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, March 30, 2024, at Ascension Borgess Hospital, Kalamazoo.
She was born September 17, 1939 in Coloma, Michigan to Hansel and Syble (Dowdy) Harris.
Survivors include three children Tommi Hunt of Three Rivers, Michigan, Laura (Scott) McClain of Goshen and Jody Tackett of Goshen; two grandsons, Derek Hunt and Cole (Tori) McClain; a great-grandson, Cooper McClain; her companion, Phil Yoder of Bristol; a brother, Chuck (Karen) Harris of Elkhart and three sisters, Laquita Hazel of Rockwell, North Carolina, Marie (Bill) Holdeman of Middlebury and Shirley Rogers of Salisbury, North Carolina.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, J.D. Tackett and a brother, Billy Joe Harris.
Donna enjoyed her 30+ years on Fish Lake. She enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren, as well as sewing, quilting, gardening, hunting mushrooms and fishing.
She retired from Goshen Rubber. She was a member of the Middlebury American Legion and attended Mottville Community Church.
Visitation will be Thursday, April 4, 2024, from 11 a.m. until the 1 p.m. funeral service at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home.
Burial will follow in Violett Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be given to St. Jude’s Hospital.
