Donna Marie Berkey, 54, of Goshen, died Saturday afternoon, February 27, 2016 at IU Health Goshen Hospital. She had been in failing health.
She was born February 17, 1962 in Chicago to Donald J. (Katie) Hoffman and Kathleen Schauer.
Survivors include three children, Tabitha Victor of Milford, Ohio, Stephen Berkey of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Ian Berkey of Goshen; and two grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a brother, John Richard Hoffman.
A Goshen resident for the past 28 years, Donna was a homemaker and a member of East Goshen Mennonite Church.
Friends may call Thursday, March 3, 2016, from 5 p.m. until the 6 p.m. memorial service at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home.
