Donald D. Miller, 93, of Goshen, passed away on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at Goshen Hospital, surrounded by his family.
A lifetime resident of the community, he was born on November 21, 1932, in Goshen to the late John J. and Frona E. (Dull) Miller.
On October 6, 1956, Donald married Dee Anna Rensberger in Goshen.
He survives by his wife, Dee Anna Miller; four sons, Roderick S. Miller of Goshen, Benjamin M. (Brenda) Miller of Boise, Idaho, Timothy D. (Donna) Miller of Tucson, Arizona, and Joseph W. (Kelly) Miller of Granger; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, grandson, Zachary Miller, five sisters, Mary Baer, Betty Hartzler, LaVerne Powell, JoAnn Burt, and Beatrice Miller, and six brothers, Roland, Paul, Ray, Bill, Murlin, and Robert Miller, daughter-in-law Adaline Miller, and his beloved dog Zoie.
Donald was a 1950 graduate of Goshen High School. He was a dedicated professional who worked at Bendix for 37 years, including eight years as a manager. A proud veteran, he honorably served in the United States Navy, during the Korean War. He and Dee Anna attended Christian Fellowship Church, and he was devoted to his family and local community. Donald was an avid collector, enjoyed working in the garden, and was a huge Purdue fan.
Visitation will be Wednesday, May 13, 2026, from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m., at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home. The funeral service will take place on Thursday, May 14, at 10 a.m., also at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Violett Cemetery with military honors.
Memorial contributions in Donald’s honor may be made to the donor’s choice.
