Dodnavon Hartzler

Donavon Hartzler, 91, of Goshen, died Wednesday evening, June 27, 2007, at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania.   He was born in Middlebury, on March 9, 1916.  He married Ellen M. VanderReyden on August 14, 1938, in Goshen.  She died May 15, 2007.   He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, Goshen.   He is survived by two sons, David L. Hartzler of Tucson, Arizona, and Philip C. Hartzler of Wexford, Pennsylvania; a grandson, Andrew Hartzler of Raleigh, North Carolina and a granddaughter, Sarah Hartzler of Wexford, Pennsylvania.   Friends will be received 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., Monday, July 2, at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home.   A 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, July 3, 2007, funeral service will be held at the funeral home.  Pastor Alan Griffin of the First Presbyterian Church, Goshen, will officiate.   Burial will be in Elkhart Prairie Cemetery, Goshen.
