Dillon Joseph Graber, 88, of Goshen, died early Thursday morning, January 3, 2008, at Greencroft Healthcare.  He was born in Wayland, Iowa, on December 6, 1919 to the late Pete and Sarah (Rich) Graber.  He married Fern I. Klopfenstein on November 24, 1940, in Wayland, Iowa.  She survives. A Goshen resident since 1996, coming from Sarasota, Florida, for nine years.  Mr. Graber was a member of the College Mennonite Church in Goshen and he volunteered with Vacation with a Purpose through the Mennonite Mission Network for three years. He was a farmer in the Wayland, Iowa area from 1940 to 1980. He is survived by his wife, Fern; three daughters, Charlotte (Henry) Rosenberger of Blooming Glen, Pennsylvania, Janet (Dan) Gerber of Chicago, Illinois and Connie Marner of Kremmling, Colorado; nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; three sisters, Doreen (Harold) Graber of Peoria, Illinois, Drusilla (Harold) Rector on Vinton, Iowa, and Delilah (Jim) Deck of Valparaiso, Indiana; and a brother, Dwight (Mary Frances) Graber of Crawfordsville, Iowa. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Angie Groff; a sister, Doris Gerig; and a brother, Dennis Graber. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, January 19, 2008, at the College Mennonite Church, Goshen.  Pastor Klaudia Smucker of the College Mennonite Church and Pastor Pam Gerig Unruh of the Wayland Mennonite Church will officiate. Burial will be in College Mennonite Church Memorial Garden. Memorial contributions may be made to Mennonite Mission Network.
