Diane Kay Stringfellow, 66, of White Pigeon, Michigan, died Monday, March 14, 2011,at Bronson Hospital, Kalamazoo. She was born on September 1, 1944, in Goshen to the late Robert H. and Dorothy (Raymer) Stringfellow. Ms. Stringfellow is survived by a daughter, Erin (Bill) Clewell of Constantine, Michigan, four grandchildren, Billy, Jenny, Shanon, and Brandi Clewell; a great-granddaughter, Camilla Clewell; and a nephew, Randall Ernst of Goshen. She was preceded in death by a sister, Deborah Ernst. A 1962 graduate of New Paris High School, she worked as a secretary for her father at Mold Engineering from 1963 to1976 and at Monsanto in Constantine, from 1999 to 2003. Diane was a member of the National Society of Daughters of American Revolution where she served as a page at the national convention in Washington D.C. 1965-68. She enjoyed her family, gardening, antiques, and researching genealogy. Friends may call 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday, March 17, 2011, at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home where an 11 a.m., Friday, March 18, 2011, funeral service will be conducted. Pastor Lindell Krebs of Benton Free Baptist Church will officiate. Burial will follow in Violett Cemetery.
