Diana Rae Roth

Diana Rae Roth, 86, Goshen, graduated to heaven January 16, 2025 in Hospice care at Goshen Hospital.  She was born March 23, 1938, in Goshen to Clarence “Dutch” and Dora (Knapp) Ganger.

Preceding her in death are her parents; husband, Byron, and daughter, Jennifer Sorrell.

Surviving are her daughters, Pam (Ken) Ingold of San Diego, CA, and Lecia (Stuart) Lockerbie of Charlotte, NC; 4 grandchildren, Steve (Amanda) Ingold, Brittany (Edrick) Clark, Lucas (Lacey) Lantz and Rebecca Lantz; 5 great-grandchildren, Jericho, Hazel, Ruby, Emery and Zekiah; and a son-in-law, Ryan Sorrell.

Diane dearly loved her children and grandchildren.  She enjoyed years of work supporting her husband, Byron, as bookkeeper at Byron’s Car Care Center.  She was a founding and active member of Jefferson Community Church.  She participated in Delta Theta Chi sorority and loved to play cards.

Diane will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.  She lived a full life and her legacy of love for the Lord and for others will continue to inspire us all.

A private burial will be held at Violett Cemetery, and a family Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.  The family requests that memorial donations be made to Jefferson Community Church in Diane’s memory; https://jeffersoncommunitychurch.org/ .
