Denise Lechlitner-Teall

Denise Lechlitner-Teall joined hands with the Lord on Wednesday, February 26, 2025, at Goshen Hospital. She was born on September 25, 1970, in Goshen, Indiana, to Don and Teresa Lechlitner.

Denise married Rick Teall on August 12, 2023. She is survived by her loving husband, Rick Teall of Goshen; daughter, Kayla (Brandon Plencner) Steury of Goshen; stepson, Kahleb Teall of Goshen; and cherished grandson, Carter Plencner. She is also survived by her parents, Don and Teresa Lechlitner of Goshen; her siblings, Beth Taylor of Elkhart, Jennifer Lechlitner of Goshen, and Brian (Toni) Lechlitner of Westerville, OH; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Denise was a devoted member of Pleasant Ridge Christian Fellowship in Middlebury. She worked as an Association Manager for Schrock Homes since 2011 and previously spent 16 years at the Olympia Candy Kitchen. She was a proud graduate of Northridge High School (Class of 1989) and earned her degree from Indiana University South Bend in 2007.

She had a passion for gardening, bargain shopping and reselling, and couponing, but above all, she treasured time with her family, especially her beloved grandson, Carter. Denise will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her, and we find peace in knowing we will see her again in Heaven.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 2, 2025, from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home and Monday, March 3 beginning at 9:30 a.m. prior to the 10:30 a.m. Celebration of Life service, also at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Violett Cemetery.
