Delores M. Schrock

Delores M. (Gouker) Schrock, 80, of Bradenton, Florida, died Saturday afternoon, March 25, 2006 at Casa Mora Nursing Center in Bradenton, Florida.   Mrs. Schrock was born May 21, 1925, to Theodore and Mary (Maloney) Blough in Middlebury.  On December 26, 1943, she married Donald C. Gouker in Goshen. Mr. Gouker died August 11, 1968. She then married Eli S. Schrock on June 21, 1969. He survives.   Mrs. Schrock worked for 21 years at Salem Bank in Goshen. She began working as a teller and then worked in the mortgage department as an administrative assistant.  She was a member of First United Methodist Church of Goshen and a 1943 graduate of Goshen High School. Mrs. Schrock loved embroidery, letter writing to family and friends, and reading.   She is survived by her husband, Eli; two sons, Marty (Patsy) Gouker and Donald (Veronica) Gouker both of Goshen; two brothers, Robert (Mary) Blough of Pawcatuck, Conneticut and Richard (Phyllis) Blough of Goshen; six grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.   Mrs. Schrock was preceded in death by her first husband, Donald; her parents; a son, Larry Gouker; a brother, Donald Blough; and a sister, Nadine Cottingham.   Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, March 29, 2006, at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home.   A 10:00 a.m., Thursday, March 30, 2006, service will be held at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home.   Burial will be in West Goshen Cemetery, Goshen.   Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, Muscular Dystrophy Association, or Care at Home Hospice Services.
