Debra Kay Snyder

Debra Snyder, 65, of Goshen, died unexpectedly after a brief illness Tuesday, November 14, 2023 at Goshen Hospital.

She was born October 10, 1958 in Bremen to Ray and Marcia (Hostetler) Snyder.

She is survived by a sister, Pam Garber (John) Billow, Bristol; a brother, Dean (Sandy) Snyder, Logansport; two nieces, Jennifer (Shawn) Sachs, Greenville, Ohio, Amy (Olivia) Coons, Cornelius, North Carolina and two nephews, Todd (Dena) Garber, Carmel and Jed (Gessica) Garber, Goshen.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant sister, Jean Fay Snyder and two nephews, Trennis and Sheldon Garber.

Debra participated in music worship by playing piano and leading worship committee. She worked in general accounting at Oaklawn for 29 years, she was also a prolific demonstrator for Stampin’Up!

Visitation will be Friday, November 17 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home and Saturday, November 18 from 10 a.m. until the 11 a.m. funeral service at First Church of God, Nappanee. Pastor Sam Bennett will officiate.

A private burial will take place at Fair Cemetery, North Liberty.
