Debbie Lynn Harman, 56, of Elkhart, went home to be with Jesus Wednesday, Jan. 25. She had been ill since October 2014.
She was born July 10, 1960 in Valparaiso to Eugene and Celia (Abanathie) McDaniels.
On December 12, 2003 she married Scott Harman in Goshen.
He survives along with three sisters, Kathy (Russ) Coon of Goshen, Gina (Philip) Bennett of Clinton and Louann (Sam) Hulett of Jefferson, Texas and a brother, James McDaniels of Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
She worked in a doctor’s office filing medical claims. She was a very artistic painter. She attended Voice Ministries Church, Elkhart
Debbie’s laugh, sweet spirit, loving heart, love for Jesus and beautiful smile will be missed by many.
Debbie loved spoiling her nieces and nephews and great- nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank Kindred/Valley View Healthcare Center, Heartland Hospice and Dr. Siddiqi for their compassion and excellent care of Debbie.
Friends may call Friday, January 27, 2017 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home where a 10 a.m., Saturday funeral service will be conducted. Pastors Stan Dudka and Dave Ramer of Voice Ministries, Elkhart will officiate.
Burial will follow in Violett Cemetery, Goshen.
