He was born April 4, 1945 in Goshen to N. Henry and D. Opal (Shrock) Lantz.
He is survived by a brother and sister-in-law, Donald and Mary Jane Lantz of Goshen.
Arrangements are pending with Yoder-Culp Funeral Home, Goshen.
