Dawn Elaine Lawrence

Dawn Elaine Lawrence, 62, of Goshen, died Tuesday, October 3, 2023 at Elkhart General Hospital.

She was born February 14, 1961 in Elkhart to Homer and Bertha (Simpson) Long.

On February 1, 2008 she married Lamar Lawrence in Goshen.

Lamar survives along with two sons, Brandon (Tiffany Higdon) Beckwith, Goshen and Justin Matthews, Toledo, Ohio; two grandchildren, Noah Beckwith and Layla Horton; her dog, Bella; a brother, Homer Long, Wakarusa and a sister, Laura (Weyburn) Hostetler, Goshen.

She has multiple responsibilities in the lab at Elkhart General Hospital including as a technician most recently. Where she worked for over 40 years. Dawn and her husband were members at Prairie Missionary Church. She enjoyed shopping, cooking. Holiday baking and sharing was very special to her. She enjoyed spending time with her family specially her grandchildren.

They will receive friend Saturday, October 7, 2023 from 11 a.m. until the 12 p.m. memorial service at Prairieview Missionary Church.
