David S. Moore

David S. Moore, 56, of Goshen, died Wednesday, January 27, 2021 at Hospice Home, Fort Wayne.

He was born June 24, 1964 in South Bend to Robert G. Moore, Jr. and Jane (Duffey) Moore.

On December 17, 1988 he married Julie Rorick in South Bend.

She survives along with three children, Robert W. Moore of Indianapolis, Margaret J. Moore of Oxford, England and Henry D. Moore of Goshen; his mother, Jane Moore of Goshen; a brother, Thomas B. Moore of South Bend; and a sister, Helene Moore of Jacksonville, Florida.

Along with his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, Robert G. Moore, III.

Mr. Moore was a loving husband, father, son and dedicated teacher for Fairfield Community Schools.  He enjoyed history, sports and was a devoted musician.

Private services will take place with burial at Violett Cemetery.

Public visitation will be Friday, Feb. 5 from 2 to 5 p.m. at the Fairfield High School cafeteria through the main entrance.
