Darlene Hane

August 29, 1939 — June 27, 2015

Darlene Joyce Hane, 75, Sarasota, Florida and formerly of Syracuse and Millersburg, died Saturday June 27, 2015, at Doctor Hospital, Sarasota. She was born August 29, 1939 in Elkhart to John and Vera (Anglemyer) Bleile. Survivors include a daughter, Monica Kasa of Elkhart; three grandchildren, Nicole (John) Durbin of Louisville, Kentucky, Travis (Tonya) Kipp Maust of Millersburg and Brandon (Tabatha) Maust of Goshen; six great-grandchildren; a brother, Chester Bleile; and special friend, Gary Frederick. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, William Hane; a daughter, Kimberly Fisher Wilson; a great-grandson, Cameron Maust; a brother, Dallas Bleile and a sister, Arlis Wortinger. Her family was her life. Known for her cooking, Mrs. Hane enjoyed gardening and fishing and was an avid Notre Dame fan. She attended Unity Church in Sarasota. Friends may call Saturday, July 18, 2015, one hour prior to the 2 p.m. memorial service at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home. Burial has taken place at Union Center Cemetery, Nappanee. Memorial contributions may be made to Elkhart County Humane Society.
