Dan Buzzard

Dan Buzzard, 69, of Goshen, died Sunday, October 25, 2020, at Goshen Hospital.

He was born May 22, 1951 in Charleston, West Virginia to Bethel and Vella Marie (Halstead) Buzzard.

On February 29, 2012 he married Sue Scribner.

She survives along with three sons, Shawn (Angela) Buzzard, Matthew (Jennifer) Buzzard and Ryan Buzzard, all of Goshen; two step-children, Nick (Cris) Scribner of Katy, Texas and Angela Watts of Goshen; six grandchildren; four step-grandchildren and three brothers, David and Eddie Buzzard, of Elkhart and Tim Buzzard of Lakeland, Florida.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his first wife, Mary Ann and a brother, Ted, Buzzard.

Dan retired from the US Army and then worked in the RV industry as a welder and provided transportation for the Amish.  He enjoyed fishing, hunting and the mountains.

A memorial service will be held 1 p.m., Saturday, October 31, 2020, at Faith Christian Center, 1801 W. Clinton St., Goshen.  Pastor Kenny Rogers will officiate.

Memorial donations may be given to Faith Christian Center.
