Cynthia S. Simmons

Cynthia S. Simmons, 65, of Goshen, passed away Saturday, January 9, 2021, at Elkhart Hospice House.

She was born June 7, 1955 in Goshen.

Cynthia is survived by her mother, Beverly (Chapman) Simmons of Goshen; two sons, Ryan (Heather) Cripe of San Antonio, Texas and Jared (Kathy) Arnett of Millersburg; five grandchildren, Caitlin, Emma and Ethan Cripe and Micah and Logan Arnett; and a sister, Stacy Simmons Rogers of Syracuse.

She was preceded in death by her father, John A. Simmons.

She graduated from Goshen High School where she sang with the Crimsonaires.  She earned an associate’s degree in paralegal studies from Brown Mackie College.

She enjoyed music and was a skilled pianist and musician.
