Curtis Wayne Shoopman

Curtis Wayne Shoopman, 48, of Goshen, died at home of natural causes on Wednesday, April 22, 2020.

He was born June 14, 1971 in Goshen.

On December 24, 1999 he married Vanessa Miller.

She survives along with three daughters, Maggi, Alaina and Lorna Shoopman; his parents, Floyd Shoopman of Goshen and Sharon (Duncan) Shoopman of Knoxville, Tennessee; brother, Jimmy (Vickie) Shoopman of Elkhart and sister, Laurie (Jimmy Phillips) Shoopman of Jacksboro, Tennessee.

He was preceded in death by a son, Judd Shoopman.

Curtis worked in custodial services at Parkside Elementary School.

Curtis loved his family and they came first in his life.  He was an avid model car maker, even customizing some of them.  He loved his dogs, did architectural drawings as a hobby and enjoyed helping his Dad.

Private services will take place at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home followed by cremation.

Memorial donations may be given to the family to help with funeral expenses.
