Connie Sue Rich

Connie Sue Rich, 78, of Mission, Texas and formerly of Goshen, died Saturday, March 30, 2024 at McAllen Medical Center, Texas.

She was born November 16, 1945 in Goshen to Joy Blanton and Orlo Berkey.

On March 22, 1989 she married Robert Ralph Rich in Las Vegas, Nevada. He died October 20, 2011.

She is survived by her partner, Dick James; a son, Rick (Stacy) Ulery; a daughter, Heidi Moore; five step-children, Chriss Danials, Bob Rich, Bart Rich, Brett Rich and Dawn Rich; 11 grandchildren, Nicholas, Katie, Tiffani, Mackenzie, Charissa, Cory, Kevin, Brittney, Jamie, Zach and Alex; eight great-grandchildren; two brothers, Randy (Cindy) Coyle and Tim Coyle, and a sister, Sandy Stump.

Along with her husband, she was preceded in death by her father, Orlo Berkey: her mother, Joy Gladys and step-father, Jim Coyle.

A Goshen High School Graduate, she lived in many places and receded in Mission, Texas for the past 6 years. She was definitely loved by all that knew her.

Connie will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Visitation will be Sunday, April 7, 2024 from 1 until 4 p.m. at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home. Cremation will follow visitation.

Burial of cremated remains will take place at a later date.

Memorial contributions may be directed to Shriners Children’s Hospital.
