Connie June Lynd

Connie June Lynd, 61, of Goshen, passed away Monday, June 9, 2014, at Methodist Hospital, Indianapolis. She was born Jan. 12, 1953 in Batesville to Arthur and June (Pursley) Marticke. On Oct. 21, 1972 she married Randall Lynd in Batesville. He survives along with a son, Chad Henry (Angie) Lynd, Amelia, Ohio; two grandchildren; a brother, Steve (Nancy) Marticke, Batesville; and two sisters, Barb (Richard) Blanton, Batesville and Patty (Rusty) Pettit, Shelbyville. A homemaker, Mrs. Lynd moved to the area ten years ago. Friends may call 4 to 8 p.m., Thursday, June 12, 2014, at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home and 1 to 3 p.m., Saturday at Myers Funeral Home, Batesville. A 3 p.m., Saturday, June 14, 2014, funeral service will be conducted at Myers Funeral Home. Cremation will follow the service. Memorial contributions may be made to Goshen Cancer Center.
