Clifford C. Wieland, 86, of Syracuse died Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2019 at Green House Village of Goshen.
He was born Feb. 17, 1933 in Bay City, Michigan to Matthew and Lydia (Maibach) Wieland.
On July 23, 1961 he married Carol Broquard in Fairbury, Illinois.
She survives along with three children, Karmin (Dwayne) Yonts, Goshen, Kip (Tanya) Wieland, Bristol and Mindy (Tim) Wilkin, Chicago; seven grandchildren, Caroline and Ben Yonts, Macauley, Odessa and Micah Wieland, and Elias and Rachael Wilkin; two brothers, Roy Wieland, Fort Wayne and Daryle (Edith) Wieland, Midland, Michigan; and a sister-in-law, Arlene Wieland, Pompano Beach, Florida.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Jim Wieland.
Mr. Wieland has been the owner and operator of Wieland Designs, Goshen since 1976.
Visitation will be Wednesday, Feb. 27 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Maple City Chapel, Goshen where an 11 a.m. memorial service will be conducted Thursday. Rev. Mel Shetler will officiate.
A private family burial at Violett Cemetery, Goshen will precede the service.
In lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be directed to Jesus Film (865 group), Goshen Interfaith Hospitality Network, and Time to Revive.
