Chris Miller

Chris C. Miller, 79, of Goshen died early Monday afternoon, April 15, 2013 at Courtyard Healthcare. He was born February 14, 1934 in LaGrange County to Christ and Abbie (Lehman) Miller. He is survived by his daughter, Beth (Jim Christ) Bowers, of Cassopolis; four sisters, Wilma Mast and Mary (David) Beachy, both of Goshen, Esther (Emanuel) Miller, of Halfway, Missouri and Leanna (Marion) Kauffman, of Middlebury; and two brothers, John (Gladys) Miller, of Goshen and Obie (Joan) Miller, of Bristol. He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Ida Mae Mast and Katie Miller; and two brothers, Elmer and Omer Miller. A U.S. Navy veteran, Mr. Miller retired as parts manager at Pletcher Motor Company. He had also worked at K&K Truck Sales. He was a very dedicated weekend customer of Bob Evans Restaurant in Goshen. In accordance with his wishes, cremation will take place. A 10:30 a.m., Friday, April 19, 2013 memorial service will be conducted at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home. Leading the service will be his daughter, Beth. Memorial contributions may be made to Bashor Children's Home.
