Cheryl L. Woodlee

Cheryl L.  Woodlee, 59, of Goshen, passed away Saturday, February 25, 2017 at Goshen Hospital after becoming ill Thursday afternoon while teaching at Chandler Elementary School.

She was born April 19, 1957 in Canova, South Dakota to Robert Gatts and Gloria Faye (Williams) Feske.

On September 6, 1985 in Howard, South Dakota she married Walter Woodlee.

He survives along with a son, Beau (Michelle) Paulson of Yankton, South Dakota; three step-children, Bill (Bonnie) Woodlee of Elkhart, Doug (Rita) Woodlee of Barbourrville, Kentucky and Sue Shaer of Middlebury; 13 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren and three brothers, Bob (Kristen) Gatts of Cushing, Minnesota, Tom (Catherine) Gatts of Pine River, Minnesota and David (Deb) Feske of Flandreau, South Dakota.

She was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents and a grandson, Matthew Woodlee.

She loved sharing her passion of music with her students.  She had a tremendous love for and truly enjoyed her family, the special Gloria Faye Days gathering, cooking and horseback riding.

Services will be held at a later date.
