Cheryl L. Lambert

Cheryl L. Lambert, 53, of Elkhart, died Thursday, July 5, 2018, at home after a year and half battle with metastasized uterine cancer.

She was born July 31, 1964 in Goshen to Larry Wayne and Dorothy A. (Shephard) Lambert.  They preceded her in death.

Cheryl is survived by her domestic partner of 15 years, Amy Goodman; their four legged “children”, Katie, Petey, Charlie and Tinsel; and Amy’s parents, Chester and Janet Goodman of Pierceton.

She worked for Sunshine Caterers for 20 plus years and Frito Lay for 11 years.  She was a member of the Eagles Lodge and enjoyed bowling for over 30 years and playing fast pitch softball.

Friends may call 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home.

Cremation will follow the visitation and burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery, Pierceton, at a later date.
