Cherryl A. Shull, 63, of Syracuse, died early Sunday morning, August 22, 2010, at her home after a two and a half year illness. She was born in Three Rivers, Michigan, on February 20, 1947, to Franklin Lutz of White Pigeon and the late Beverly (Wilkins) Lutz. She married David Hayes on July 7, 1968 in White Pigeon, Michigan. She then married David Shull on May 26, 2007 in Portland. He survives. Also surviving are a daughter, Sarah (William) Barker of Buchanan, Michigan; a son, Derrick (Dawn) Hayes of Constantine, Michigan; seven grandchildren; a sister, Rebecca (Richard) Yoder of Constantine, Michigan; and two brothers, Gregory Lutz of New Brunswick, Canada, and Mark (Anita) Lutz of Edwardsburg, Michigan. A graduate of White Pigeon High School, Mrs. Shull attended Michigan State for one year. She also attended Grace Community Church, Goshen; and was a member of the Gold Wing Road Riders Association, Chapter H, Indiana District Rider Education. She worked as a shipping clerk for Hayes-Lemmerz International Bristol Operation and previously for Lund Manufacturing, LaGrange. Friends may call from 11am to 4 pm, Sunday, September 12, 2010, at the Shull residence, 70640 C.R. 27,Syracuse. Cremation has been done at Yoder-Culp Crematory. Yoder-Culp Funeral Home has assisted the family with arrangements.
