Charles "Wayne" Morris

Charles “Wayne” Morris, 80, of Goshen, departed earth to enter eternal rest and to be with his Lord on Monday Sept. 28, 2020.

Wayne was born April 23, 1940 in Mammoth, West Virginia to Charles Alexander “Jack” and Audrey Lucille (Robinson) Morris.

He married Sonja Sue Morris on December 26th 1960. Sonja departed earth on October 17, 2015 to be with her Lord and enter eternal rest.

Survivors include a daughter, Nijuana Sue (Jack) Markin of New Paris; a son, Charles “Kevin” Morris of Lakeland, Florida; three grandchildren, Eric Jr (Jessica) Morris, Erica Morris and Erin (Jose Rosales) Morris; five great grandchildren Connor, Ryder, Kysen, Lottie May and Charlee and two sisters, Peggy Morris and Vivian (Butch)Brown.

Along with his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by his son, Eric Morris, his sister, Marsha Smith and his brother, Scott Morris.

Mr. Morris owned and operated Bower's Party Shoppe along with Mike Beard prior to retirement.  He was a christian and supporter of Jimmy Swaggart Ministries.

Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. Saturday, October 10, 2020, prior to the 10 a.m. funeral service at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home.  Pastor Jason Kincaid of the Assembly of God, Goshen will officiate.

Burial will follow at Violett Cemetery, Goshen.
