Catherine Joann Lantz

Catherine Joann Lantz, 82, of Goshen died Sunday, July 16, 2023 at Waterford Crossing.

She was born October 31, 1940 in Elkhart County to Emanuel D. and Lydian (Slabaugh) Miller.

She married Omar E. Lantz on February 28, 1959 at Goshen City Church of the Brethren.

She is survived by three children, Cheryl (Mark) Keeler of Byron Center, Michigan, Denise (Charles) Pahlman of Willoughby, Ohio and Mark (Crystal) Lantz of South Bend; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Along with her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Wilma Graber and Irene Jones and two brothers, Edward and Raymond “Jack” Miller.

Her family was the most important thing for her, she was always giving of herself and caring for others. She also enjoyed cooking and baking.

Visitation will be Thursday, July 20, 2023 from 4 to 7 p.m., and Friday, July 21 from 10 a.m. until the 11 a.m. funeral service at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home. Pastor Ritch Goldizan will officiate.

Burial will follow at Violett Cemetery, Goshen.
