Carolyn B. Hoth

Carolyn B. Hoth, 82, of Goshen, died early Sunday morning, July 30, 2006, at Waterford Crossing.   She was born in Topeka, Indiana, on February 27, 1924, to J. Elwyn and Bertha (Kauffman) Blough.  On June 16, 1946, in Goshen, she married Wilbur L. Hoth.  He died May 20, 1997.   Mrs. Hoth, a registered nurse, retired in 1982 from Goshen General Hospital.  She was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church and the Delphians.   She is survived by two daughters, Jean (Don) Care of Manhasset, New York and Joan (Ken) Self of Allen, Texas; five grandchildren; and a sister, Donna (Wilbur) Hostetler of Goshen.   Friends will be received 4 to 8 p.m., Wednesday, August 2, at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home.   A memorial service will be held on Thursday, August 3, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. at the Trinity Lutheran Church, Goshen.  Pastor Duane Schafer will officiate.   Burial will be in Oakridge Cemetery, Goshen.   Memorial contributions may be made to the Trinity Lutheran Church or Walnut Hill Early Childhood Center.
