Carol K. Ratzloff

Carol K. Ratzloff, 87, of Goshen passed away Monday, February 24, 2025 at the Waterford Crossing Health Campus.

She was born January 21,1938 in Greensburg, Kansas to John L. and Elvina (Buller) Ratzloff.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings Wilbert Ratzloff, Vernard Ratzloff, Darlene Reed and Ruth Weaver. She is survived by several nieces and nephews.

Ms. Ratzloff held a master’s degree in education, serving Goshen Community Schools for 30 years at Chamberlain Elementary where she coached girls’ basketball.  She travelled extensively including among other places, the Holy Lands, Australia and New Zealand, the Brazilian rain forest, and the Antarctic.

According to her wishes, cremation will take place at Yoder-Culp Crematory. Her cremated remains will be scattered at the memorial garden at College Mennonite Church where she was a long-time member, on Saturday, March 22, 2025 at 11 a.m.; there will be one hour of visitation prior beginning at 10 a.m.
