Caralee Joan Branson

Caralee Joan Branson, 82, of Goshen, died at her home Friday afternoon, October 4, 2013, after an extended illness. She was born June 6, 1931 in Goshen to Henry and Mary (Fechner) Baumgarten. She married Dale Branson February 10, 1951 in Goshen. He survives along with two sons, Michael John (Susi) Branson of Leesburg and Thomas Alan (Jamie) Branson of Goshen; a granddaughter, Tiffani Branson; a great-granddaughter, Camryn Branson; and a sister, Blanche (David) Amsler of Brooksville, Florida. A 1949 graduate of Goshen High School, Mrs. Branson worked for the City of Goshen in the clerk treasurer's office for 14 years. A devoted mother and grandmother, she enjoyed sewing and playing Bunco. Friends may call an hour prior to the 1 p.m., funeral service on Monday, October 7, 2013, at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home. Rev. John Hickey, Trinity Lutheran Church, will officiate. Burial will follow in West Goshen Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Riley Children's Hospital.
