Bobby Ray Liles

Bobby Ray Liles, 87, of Goshen, died Tuesday, November 5, 2019, at home.

He was born April 20, 1932 in Florence, Alabama to Fred and Edna Liles.

On February 11, 1965 he married Janet Moses in Goshen.

She survives along with a daughter, Mitzi Bischoff and husband, Michael, Bob’s very dear friend; grandchildren, Bobby, Ashley and Ryan; great-grandchildren, Kaleb and Sophia; brother-in-law, Richard Pollard; several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; stepfather and uncle, Ed Liles; sisters, Jessie Pollard and Lola Tubbs and her husband, Bill; brother, James Liles and his wife, Joanne.

Bobby was a loving husband, father and loyal friend.  He was of the Christian faith.  He served with the U.S. Army during the Korean conflict.

Bob worked at Standard Plating Works, Goshen for 26 years and retired from Dairy Farmers of America, Goshen, after 27 years.

Family thanks Goshen Hospital, Dr. Donald Ebersole and staff and Goshen Hospice and Home Care.

Visitation will be Thursday, November 7, 2019, from 12:30 p.m. until the 1:30 funeral service at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home.  Pastor James Shrock will officiate.

Burial will be in Violett Cemetery.

Memorials may be given to Goshen Home Care and Hospice.
