Bobby Mack Adams, 66, of Goshen, formerly of Alabama, crossed the river to be with the Lord on March 19, 2018, after a long courageous battle with cancer, peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family.
He moved to Goshen, two years ago from Madison, Alabama to be closer to his loved ones.
Mr. Adams was born on February 21, 1952 in Stanford, Kentucky to Alanzo and Burdette (Barnes) Adams. He retired from Redstone Arsenal Alabama after 35 years. He served in the United States Army during the Vietnam era.
Survivors include his loving wife of 45 years, Marie Foster Adams; a son, Christopher (Samantha) Adams of Elkhart; three grandchildren, Caleb, Kinsey, and Jackson Adams, all of Elkhart; a brother, Jimmy Adams of Gainesville, Florida; a niece; two nephews; and two very special long-time friends, Eddy Paseur and Geri Stack.
Visitation with the family will be Thursday, March 22, 2018 from 4 to 7 p.m. at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home, Goshen. A funeral service will be conducted 11 a.m., Friday, March 23, 2018 also at the funeral home. Pastor Al Kinsey will officiate.
Burial will follow at Sugar Grove Cemetery, Goshen.
