Betty L. Shriner

Betty Lou (Davis) Shriner, age 90, passed into eternity with her Lord on November 19, 2021, after a life well-lived.
Betty was the youngest of six children, born to Martha (Patty) and Charles Davis on a farm outside Grayson, KY.

She graduated from high school in Berea, KY and then moved to Elkhart, IN to be near a married sister and her family.

She met her future husband, Kenneth Shriner, returning home from the navy after WWII, and was married August 4, 1950. They lived in Goshen most of their married life. He passed on February 23, 2013 after 62 years of marriage.
Betty worked at CTS Corporation until her retirement. She loved living in Grace Village for nine years where she was known as an accomplished cross-stitcher and her speed walking the halls with her rollator. Though not having children of their own, Kenny and Betty were much loved by their nieces and nephews as well as their children. Betty will be buried next to her husband.

Family and friends will meet at Violett Cemetery. 2818 Violett Rd, Goshen at 2 p.m., Friday, November 26 for a graveside service.
