Betty Louise Hauck

Betty L. Hauck, 94, of Goshen died late Sunday night, February 24, 2013 at IU Health Goshen Hospital. Betty was born August 23, 1918 in Huntington, Indiana to Edwin and Lulu (Pashong) Steele. She married Ernest C. Hauk, Sr., on October 12, 1939 in Huntington. He preceded her in death on November 22, 1976. A homemaker, Mrs. Hauck is survived by a son, Mark Hauck; a daughter, Linda Damron; a grandson Brian Damron, all of Goshen; a brother Edwin Steele, of Redland, California; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; a son Ernest Hauck, Jr.; a grandson, Kevin Damron; two brothers, Marke and Fred Steele; and two sisters, Joyce Holzinger and Lisa Ludwig. Friends may call on Thursday, February 28, 2013 from 11 until the 1 p.m. funeral service at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home. Rev. Terry Tyler of Grace Point Presbyterian Church, Nappanee, will officiate. Burial will follow in Violett Cemetery, Goshen.
