Bette M. Keim, 90, of Goshen passed away Sunday, January 30, 2022 at Majestic Care of Goshen.

She was born May 6, 1931 in Fingal, North Dakota to Earl and Jesse (Japel) Kaut.

Bette married Daniel J. Keim on April 15, 1951 in Goshen.

Survivors include her husband, Dan; two sons, Stephen Keim of Waynesboro, Virginia and Gregory Allen Keim of Goshen; three grandchildren, Lori (Troy) Grimm, Michelle (Kendall) Grubb and Stephen (Melissa) Keim; seven great-grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her only sister, Shirley Bowser; and a daughter in law, Louise (Wireman) Keim.

Bette was a member of First United Methodist Church, Middlebury and a life member of Goshen Hospital Auxiliary group. She was also a former member of St. Mark’s United Methodist Church, Goshen.

Visitation will be Sunday, February 6, 2022 from 1 to 4 p.m. and Monday, from 9 a.m. until the 10 a.m. funeral service at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home. Interim Pastor David Schader and former Pastor Ron Russell will officiate.

Burial will follow at Violett Cemetery.

Memorial donations can be directed to Goshen Hospital Auxiliary, Parkinson’s Foundation or First United Methodist Church.
