Belva Katherine Moles, 79, of Goshen passed away after a short illness on Monday, November 25, 2024 at Esther’s House in Elkhart.
She was born April 29, 1945, in Miami, West Virginia, to Percy and Dorothy (Stanley) Howell.
Belva married Fred Moles, Jr., on October 21, 1960. He preceded her in death on June 7, 2004.
Survivors include sons, Freddy Moles, Gary (Norma) Moles, Terry (Jayne) Moles, and Kenneth (Charlene) Moles, all of Goshen; grandchildren Michelle, Tammy, Kenneth Jr., Terry II, Justin, Jessica, Tyler, Tiffany, Amber, TJ, and Cameron; and 8 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sisters Imogene Harvey, Shirley Starner and Betty Moles, and brothers Harold, Eugene, and Jack Howell.
Belva worked at Supreme Corporation for over 20 years in production until her retirement. She was a member of the First Assembly of God Church. She was a big fan of Elvis and had quite the collection. She especially loved her children and grandchildren, and was known to many as “everyone’s grandma.”
Visitation will take place on Sunday, December 1, from 1-5 p.m. at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home. The funeral service will take place on Monday, Dec. 2, at 10:30 a.m., also at the funeral home. David Holiss and Fred Curry will officiate.
Burial will follow at Oakridge Cemetery, Goshen.
