Belinda Kay Williams Proulx, 58, of Goshen, died Friday, December 18, 2015, at Greencroft Healthcare where she had resided nearly 25 years.
She was born July 25, 1957 in Goshen to Charles E. and Viola H. (Hargrove) Williams.
Her father survives in Goshen along with two brothers, Dewayne (Andrea) Williams, Goshen and Bruce (Debra) Williams, Cromwell; a niece, Carlee Williams; and two nephews, Justin Wilson and Braden Williams.
She was preceded in death by her mother.
Friends may call Tuesday, December 22, 2015, one hour prior to the 1 p.m. funeral service at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home.
Burial will follow in Violett Cemetery.
