Beatrice Nina Butler

Beatrice N. Butler, 88, of Goshen, died late Sunday night, June 17, 2012, at Courtyard Healthcare. She was born October 16, 1923 in Nappanee. She is survived by two daughters, Sueann Harrell of Middlebury and Shirley Dalrymple of Elkhart; a son, Kenneth Leer of Conroe, Texas; eight grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a grandson, Kenneth Leer, Jr.; a brother, Austin Shank and two sisters, Gladys Shank and Wilma Ralston. A lifetime Goshen resident, Ms. Butler was a member of the VFW Auxiliary and the Goshen DAV. Private family services will be held at a later date.
