Barbara J. Zimmerman Simoni

Barbara Joan Zimmerman Simoni, 85, of Crossville, Tennessee passed away Monday, May 12, 2014, at Wyndridge Health and Rehab Center, Crossville. She was born May 23, 1928 in South Bend to Wilbert and Florence (Rapp) Briggs. She is survived by two sons, Doug (Vicki) Zimmerman of Mount Jackson, Virginia, and David Zimmerman of Fairfield Glade, Tenn.; a daughter, Joan Rogers of Bristol; four grandchildren and a great-grandson. She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband, Max Zimmerman; and her second husband, Joseph Simoni. Along with her husband, she owned and managed the Pizza Inn restaurant in Goshen. An 11 a.m., Monday, May 19, 2014, graveside service will be conducted at Violett Cemetery. Rev. Jack Thomas will officiate.
