B. Franklin Richards

Benjamin “Frank” Richards, 83, of Goshen passed away February 20, 2022 after a long illness.

He was born March 17, 1938, to Allen Richards and Grace (Lawhorn) Richards Hart. He married Ruth Hoover on May 25, 1957, anticipating their 65th anniversary in May.

He is survived by his wife Ruth; his daughter, Brenda Cole of Nolensville, Tennessee; three grandchildren; Kevin Cole and Sarah Cole, both of Nolensville, Tennessee and Kayla Clark of Southhaven, Mississippi; and great-grandchildren, Ella Metzger of Goshen, and William Grayson Booth of Southhaven, Mississippi.

He was preceded in death by his son, David Richards and grandson, Joshua Richards.

Frank retired from Western Rubber Company after 40 years of service. He enjoyed boating and camping with his family, and he loved entertaining his grandchildren.

Visitation will be Saturday, February 26, 2022 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Yoder Culp Funeral Home in Goshen, where an 11 a.m. funeral service will take place.

Burial will be held at West Goshen Cemetery on a later date.
