B June Darling

B. June Darling, 87 of Goshen, died at 8:45 p.m., Monday, March 19, 2007 at her home.   She was born September 24, 1919 in Pontiac, Michigan, daughter of  Milo and Clara (Cassity) Baird.  On April 19, 1937 in Perry, Michigan she married Walter “Tom” Darling.  He died August 18, 1994.   She was active in Perry Baptist Church, Perry, Michigan and Sebring Presbyterian Church, Sebring, Florida.   She was Owner and bookkeeper in the family business, a grain elevator and lumberyard in Perry, Michigan; and a hardware store in Marshall, Michigan.   Surviving are five daughters, Nancy (Dale) Hutchinson, Haston, Texas, Ann (Jim) Perryman, New York, New York, Jane (Robert) Duell, Goshen, Janice Darling,  Marshall, Michigan, Gail Darling, Wellington, Florida; two sons, Thomas (Susan) Darling, Brownsburg, Indiana, Michael (Lynn) Darling, Marshall, Michigan; eighteen grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; and one sister, Marilyn (Bill) Mead, Port Charlotte, Florida.   A memorial service services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, March 24, 2007 at Battle Creek Friends Church, Wattles Park, Michigan with her grandson Josh Duell officiating.   Memorials may be made to the Marshall Fountain Clinic, Marshall, Michigan.
