Audrey Jane Eickhoff

Audrey Jane Eickhoff, 87, of Goshen, died Tuesday morning, October 21, 2008, at Greencroft Healthcare. She was born in Goshen on May 24, 1921, to John A. and Grace (Hoke) Summy.  On January 23, 1943, she married Fred T. Eickhoff in Goshen.  He died January 21, 1969. A lifetime resident of Goshen, Mrs. Eickhoff worked at Johnson Controls and Goshen Rubber. She is survived by a daughter, Judith K. (Glen) Slaven of Land of Lakes, Florida; two sons, Jon D. (Kay) Eickhoff, Amsterdam, New York, and Eric L. (Becky) Eickhoff of Goshen; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband; grandchildren David and Briana Eickhoff; a sister, Mary Suter and two brothers, Don and Leon Summy. Friends may call 10 to 11 a.m., Friday, October 24, at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home. An 11:00 a.m., Friday, October 24, 2008, funeral service will be conducted at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home with Chaplain Dee Swartz officiating. Burial will be in West Goshen Cemetery, Goshen.
