Aruna Nazareth López Mejia

July 8, 2024 — September 27, 2024

Goshen

Aruna Nazareth López Mejía of Goshen, was taken to heaven at two months old on September 27, 2024 at 1:30 p.m. at Riley Hospital, sheltered by the tender and loving arms of her parents, Eli Johanan López and Yareli Mejía Martínez.

She was born on July 8, 2024 at Riley Hospital, Indianapolis, Indiana. Despite her young age, she was able to unite many Christians in prayer in the United States, Honduras, Mexico, Peru and Puerto Rico by believing in a miracle. She taught us that the last thing you lose is Hope.

She was a tireless warrior. She fought every day to keep her eyes open and move before the tender touch and sweet voice of those of us who had the great privilege of being with her. Her birth changed our lives. She filled us with perseverance and raised our faith to another level. The pleasant moments we spent with her will always be treasured in our hearts.

Along with her parents, she is survived by her paternal grandmother, Jesús López and her maternal grandparents, Ángel Valenzuela and Maricela Martínez.
