Artis Lovita Neff

Artis Lovita Meff. 64, of Goshen, died at her daughter's home, Friday morning, May 6, 2011.  She had been ill one week. She was born in Monette, Missouri, on August 7, 1946, to the late Jonathon Orlis and Mamie (Morbit) Underwood.  She married Donn Bates Neff on June 28, 1970 in Muskogee, Oklahoma.  He survives. Also surviving are two daughters, Sue Scribner of Goshen, and Diane (Jim) Wendling of Wichita, Kansas; a son, Donn Bates Neff, II of Goshen; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; a sister, Lee Massa; and a brother, Floyd Underwood. She was preceded in death by a granddaughter and four siblings. A homemaker, Mrs. Neff enjoyed spending time with her family. There will be no public services.
