He was born August 16, 1946. Arthur was a Goldenrod resident in Middlebury.
Visitation will be Wednesday, January 23, 2019, from 9 until the 10 a.m. funeral service at First United Methodist Church of Middlebury. Pastor Ron Russell will officiate.
Burial will follow in Prairie Street Cemetery, Elkhart.
