Anne Olga Conway, 80, died Monday, April 3, 2006 at Americare Living Center, Goshen. Born June 18, 1925 in Belarus, Daughter of the late Chariton Kononov and the late Ksenia Ananich. She was an active member of the Ukranian Baptist Church, Chicago, where she taught Sunday School classes and sang in the choir for many years. Anne especially enjoyed studying memorizing and presenting recitations of scripture. She also enjoyed quilting and crocheting. She was presently a member of First Baptist Church, Goshen. She worked for over 35 years at Scripture Press Publications in Wheaton, Illinois, retiring in 1988. Surviving is one Sister. Nina Miller, Goshen, three Nieces, Veronica (Robert) Stephen, Georgetown, Illinois, Victoria (Andrew) Waters, Goshen, Patricia (Peter) Oakley, Goshen and two Nephews, George David Miller, and William Eugene Miller both of Washington, D.C, She was preceded in death by one Sister, Maria Panfilow. Friends may call from 6-7 pm Thursday at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home, Goshen.. A memorial service will be held at 7:00 pm Thursday, April 6, 2006 at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home with Pastor Greggory Lanzen of First Baptist Church, Goshen officiating. Burial preceded the service in Violett Cemetery, Goshen. Contributions may be made to the First Baptist Church.
