Anna Mary Stalter

Anna Mary Stalter, 98, of Goshen, died Sunday, January 9, 2011, at Greencroft Healthcare. She was born October 14, 1912, in Elida, Ohio, to the late James and Bertie (Swartz) Stalter. She is survived by a sister, Miriam J. Charles of Goshen. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Virginia Stalter and Rowena Brenneman; and a brother, Fred Stalter. Miss Stalter worked as a bank cashier. She was a member of East Goshen Mennonite Church.  She enjoyed tatting, crocheting, quilting and flowers and taught Sunday school for young children. Friends may call 3-4 p.m., Friday, January 14, at The Meetinghouse at Greencroft, Goshen and 11-12, Saturday, January 15, at Pike Mennonite Church, Delphos, Ohio. A 4:00 p.m., Friday, January 14, 2011, funeral service will be conducted by Pastor Steve Slagel at The Meetinghouse at Greencroft, Goshen. Burial will be in Salem Mennonite Church Cemetery, Elida, Ohio, on Saturday, January 15, 2011. Memorial contributions may be given to Mennonite Mission Network. Yoder-Culp Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.
