Goshen-Andriy Kulykov, 42, died Saturday, Aug. 12 at his home.
He was born July 8, 1975 in Ukraine to Vasiliy and Tatyana (Lozovskaya) Kulikov.
On July 8 1997 he married Natalya Skorobogatko in Ukraine.
She survives along with his mother, a brother, Sergey Kulykov, Evansville and two sisters, Svetlana Kovaleva, California and Nadezda Shendel, Goshen.
A funeral service will be conducted Wednesday, Aug. 16 at 11 a.m. at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home. Pastor Viktor Kidun, Slavic Baptist Church, Elkhart, will officiate.
Burial will follow in Hess Cemetery.
